Mark Lichtenstein
Robert A. Finkel
Andra J. Hutchins

Our firm has expertise in representing clients in connection with various real estate related disputes. We know that litigation is not always the most efficient manner in which to resolve a dispute. When possible, we will first pursue other avenues on our client's behalf in order to successfully resolve their matter.

Our attorneys have successfully tried numerous real estate cases and have been effective advocates in connection with many types of real estate disputes, including boundary disputes; adverse possession and fence issues; condominium issues; architect and construction disputes; title issues, including missing heirs, fraud, forgery, and inheritance issues; family, partnership, and trust disputes; and other real estate disagreements.

We have appeared for property owners or other interested parties in administrative and judicial proceedings involving zoning, wetlands protection, historic preservation, and access for disabled persons. We have represented many clients in their appeal of decisions from local planning boards and local boards of appeal.

We also handle landlord-tenant matters, representing landlords and tenants in connection with many commercial and residential leasing matters, including security deposits, nonpayment of rent, evictions, repairs, nuisance issues, and other related disputes.
