Attorney Jenna Wolinetz is a litigation associate at Kerstein, Coren & Lichtenstein. She represents plaintiffs and defendants in litigation, mediations and arbitrations. From initial case analysis through resolution, Ms. Wolinetz’s litigation experience includes depositions, federal and state court, administrative hearings, claims before the Massachusetts Commission Against Discrimination, private negotiations, and mediations. Ms. Wolinetz’s clients range from individuals and small businesses to insurance companies and large multi-national corporations. Ms. Wolinetz has experience efficiently resolving legal conflicts while gaining the best result possible for her clients.
