Andra J. Hutchins, Partner


Andra J. Hutchins has 20 years of experience as an attorney in private practice; many of those years representing health care professionals in professional licensure matters. Ms. Hutchins’ practice is focused on helping people in complex legal and emotionally charged situations receive fair and equitable treatment. She understands the laws and regulations, and is a strong advocate for her clients in both the courtroom and around the negotiating table.

Ms. Hutchins, a graduate Suffolk University Law School, is licensed to practice in the state and federal courts of both Massachusetts and New Hampshire, and has successfully litigated cases in both states.

Defending Health Care Professionals:
Ms. Hutchins represents health care professionals with licensing board investigations and disciplinary matters involving sexual misconduct, chemical dependency, patient complaints, inadequate record keeping, and other alleged violations, and defends individual practitioners, corporate providers and group practices. She has experience responding to complaints from numerous Massachusetts licensing boards, including, but not limited to, the:

  • Board of Registration in Psychology
  • Board of Registration in Nursing
  • Board of Registration in Dentistry
  • Board of Registration in Medicine

Additional Experience:
In addition to representing health care professionals, Ms. Hutchins represents individuals, families, and employees in education law, domestic relations, employment law, and business litigation. Her experience includes representing:
