Kerstein, Coren & Lichtenstein’s attorneys are experienced in civil disputes and litigation. We handle accident/personal injury, consumer disputes, contract and business disputes, restraining orders, real estate disputes, insurance claims, employment termination and disputes, defense of professionals, and many other areas involving disagreements that cannot be resolved privately. We also are experienced in estate disputes involving contested wills and trusts and claims of heirs.

Our attorneys appear regularly in Massachusetts state and federal courts. Litigation can be costly and emotionally draining. In the course of our representation we work with the client and continually assess cost-effectiveness to help the client make informed decisions about the course of the litigation. While we represent our clients zealously, at the same time we recognize the value in engaging in alternate dispute resolution (such as mediation) if it will benefit the client economically and provide a fair resolution.
