Robert Finkel is pleased to congratulate Eastern Crucible on their recent acquisition of a warehouse and manufacturing facility in Mt. Savage, Maryland. Robert represented Eastern Crucible in connection with the due diligence, SBA financing and closing on the purchase of the property and business assets. Eastern Crucible is a Groton, Massachusetts based supplier of custom metal melting crucibles serving foundries, laboratories, and other facilities melting metal since 1961.

With more than 30 years of experience in real estate law, general business and corporate law and non-profit law, Robert has assisted many clients with the acquisition, development, leasing, refinance and sale of real estate properties. Robert also has substantial experience assisting clients with the launch, growth and sale of their businesses. He has represented numerous clients in connection with their formation, shareholder agreements, equity financings, bank financings, contracts, asset and stock purchase agreements, and employment matters. Robert also works with non-profit foundations and public charities in establishing their organizations and provides ongoing corporate counsel.
