KCL Resolves Two School Discipline/Student Rights Matters

KCL attorney Andra Hutchins recently resolved two school discipline/student rights matters. Andra represented a student who attended school in a highly regarded public school district and convinced the school to overturn the student’s suspension because the school violated the student’s due process rights. She also represented a student who was expelled from a private high school and secured a settlement on behalf of the student.
