Jeffrey Fink brings complex transactional background, sophisticated family law experience and dispute resolution skills to firm

Kerstein, Coren & Lichtenstein is pleased to announce that Jeffrey N. Fink has joined its Wellesley office as a partner. A business lawyer with deep transactional corporate roots, Jeff offers sophisticated general business services that range from starting up a business to disposition or business divorce. His clients include individuals, local Massachusetts companies, multi-million-dollar enterprises and multinational organizations. As the rare transactional business lawyer who has experience with family matters, he also handles legal issues in divorce proceedings when family businesses or other complex assets are involved. A trained mediator, Jeff helps clients resolve business and family disputes.

“We are strategically focused on expanding our capabilities to better serve our clients’ needs and Jeff’s experience advising a diversified mix of businesses and individuals complements and enhances our business law capabilities,” said Milton Kerstein, managing partner of Kerstein, Coren & Lichtenstein. “Jeff is a key addition to our practice and his deep transactional corporate experience and skill set in sophisticated family law matters involving business will add immediate value to our firm.”

“I am excited to join forces with a top-notch group of attorneys to deliver solutions that meet my clients’ increasingly complex needs,” said Jeffrey Fink. “My practice will continue to fall into a few areas of focus, mostly general business and transactional corporate law, the intersection of business and divorce, and dispute resolution services such as settlement counsel, collaborative law and mediation.”

Before joining KCL, Jeff spent many years in the corporate law departments of major international law firms. After relocating to Boston, he was a partner in a small firm that focused on representing venture-backed companies before starting his own firm. He also has experience in business through work as general counsel of an investment bank and through work in several software startups.

Jeff received a J.D. from Columbia University school of Law and a B.A. from the University of Pennsylvania. He can be reached at [email protected] or 781.997.1587.
