We are pleased to announce Tristan Colangelo has joined the firm as a Partner. Tristan regularly litigates commercial and business disputes on behalf of individuals and companies; breach of contract claims; employment matters, including covenants not to compete or solicit; real estate matters, including property disputes, development and land use matters and matters on behalf of contractors and homeowners; landlord/tenant disputes; consumer protection actions; and abuse prevention hearings. Tristan also defends attorneys charged with ethical violations by the Office of Bar Counsel; vigorously litigates on behalf of individuals seeking access to public documents under the Massachusetts Public Records Law, open meeting law and conflict of interest law; and has extensive criminal appellate experience.
